Mr. Tamer joined NorthStrive Companies, Inc., an investment management and advisory firm, in May 2026 as Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions, leading the firm’s M&A activities. He is an M&A executive and attorney with 20+ years of experience across private equity, family offices, and operating businesses. Since 2003, he has been the Co-Founder and CEO of Quality Management Solutions, Inc., overseeing its management and strategic direction. From 2019 to 2022, he was Founder and Managing Partner of PMC Capital Partners, the private equity arm of PMC Global, Inc., and served as PMC Global’s Director of Business Affairs from 2016 to 2019. From 2004 to 2012, he was Director and Chief Legal Officer of Skyview Capital, LLC. He holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University, is a California-licensed attorney, and speaks Arabic, Armenian, and French. His 20+ years of transactional and legal experience across private equity, family offices, and operating businesses qualifies him for service on the Board.
